My pedometer count for the day

My count for the day is over 18,200 steps. That's what, something like nine miles? Just going through my everyday life, including walking the Stone Arch Bridge, karate and cleaning the dojo.

Wow. The only time I've had step counts that high were at the Winnipeg Folk Festival.
