so I do not have to kill my husband.

It was a close thing, though. It took him 24 hours to find it. Yes, it was in his locker at work. Which he had already searched. He drove to Burnsville, on his day off, to search it again. Yes, he is a pinhead. But I love him anyway.

It's easier to admit that since the form has been found and I don't have to explain to all my coworkers that I have their cookies but I have no idea who ordered what. That would have been extremely embarrassing.

Ummm, is it bad to say that my husband read the first post about one of Those Phone Calls, and both chuckled and cringed on Rob's behalf, because, of course, he recognized the phone call? (I think that anything that causes our children to be deeply, deeply upset tends to result in One of Those Phone Calls if the other parent had something to do with it).

Well, yes. But selling those cookies raises the money needed to run the troop for the year. More than that, they are trying to raise the money needed for a trip to Washington DC. Losing that order sheet would have meant screwing up collecting over $300 for the troop.

It's Girl Scout cookies. It's like crack. People would sell their mothers to get a box if they ordered them.
