ok. just my 2 cents... I *think* I have read through these posts well enough to understand at least a few things about Delia's eating habits.
The ONLY thing I can offer, which may be offensive to you who tries so hard to provide nourishing and stimulating menus, is this:
yogurt mixed with cereal (not granola...too nutty for Delia)... it seems to have a nice texture and there are many combinations to choose from. At the very least, it could start her day off with a nice breakfast. The cereal (Life works well, or Kix) mixed in does not get too mushy, nor is it too crunchy, we have found.
Again. just a thought. I understand it does not come close to helping with your original plea...
