Excellent news. Pass along my congratulations, if they'd be welcome. (If she thinks your invisible friends are weird or intrusive, don't push me on her.)
Every time you report on their progress, I continue to be SO impressed that kids as young as yours are ranked so highly in karate already. Ms Delia should be proud. Is she glad she waited to do the test?
As for the rest of your day - well, I'm glad to see that you got some rest. :P When do you leave - Mon?
It's the custom of the dojo to address everyone at brown belt or above as Mr. or Ms. I know that it is true of National Karate nationwide, and probably other karate or Tae Kwon Do dojos have similar customs.
In our school (Tang Soo Do, Mi Guk Kwan), we wait until black belt rank, but yeah, it's cool, and the kids here all groove on being called Mr. or Ms., and sir or ma'am.
And congrats to Delia! That is one cool achievement!
