Well, even here we don't have last frost until after the 2nd week of May, and that's going back 100 years of history. It's probably even a little later there. I don't think this is unusual. But everyone always thinks it is.
My parents have Vista as their OS, so they have temperatures and current weather for a bunch of places around the world on our sidebar. One of those places in Brainerd - another is Eau Claire, WI - and all yesterday I was watching the spot for Brainerd where it just kept showing snow. And it's April 25th!
Meanwhile, we *finally* got a little rain out here (North-East Victoria, Australia), although not enough yet to do any good: I think we need it to rain for a week straight for it to actually have a decent impact.
