I just started week 3 and couldn't do that many reps. I went back to week 2 and just slid over one column.

W2 D3 (on Saturday) was 10/10/8/8 (14). My max is actually usually more than 14 by now, but I'd slept 4 hours, run 4 miles and (most telling) mowed the back yard that day. Too much for my arms. After week 2 you're supposed to do another exhaustion test to determine which column to use in week 3, and I did 25 on Sunday. W3 D1 starts tomorrow - I'm nervous about the huge jump in reps.

I think being nervous about the jump is reasonable. I'm about to do week 3 day 1 for the seventh time (at my current rate of improvement, I figure I'll get to week 3 day 2 early in October).

4, 4, 4, 3, (11). I may have been grunting a bit during the last two.
