praetorianguard: Did Tae Bo Basic today. I'll be giving this tape away to my sister-in-law as I really don't particularly like it: the warm up and cool down are insufficient and the lack of mirror cueing bothers me.
Good for the obliques, though. And after FIRM: Strength yesterday, my quads are very sore.
