I had a sandwich for lunch that I'll bet anything none of you have tried: goat cheese with honey and pumpkin.

It was delicious.

I'm guess not just a raw slice of pumpkin; but regardless of my guess, I'll just ask -- how was the pumpkin prepared?

I've had goat cheese with butternut squash, which I wager would be similar! It's YUMMY. Honey for a sweet twist, and sage for a savory twist. Yumm.

That sounds wonderful--and you're right that I've never thought to make this for myself (though I might now!).

Was the pumpkin cooked and mashed?

Nope! That sounds AWESOME. And I had no idea pumpkin had such good stuff in it for you!

I love goat cheese with honey on really good bread but haven't tried the pumpkin. Sounds yummy!

Fresh goat, right? I'm sure that works.

That does sound good! I've lately been eating sandwiches with goat cheese, avocado, radishes, and sprouts. Also very tasty.

No, but I *have* had pita bread with cream cheese and hoisin sauce!

That does sound good, though maybe a little too sweet for my taste as 'lunch' rather than 'snack'. What sort of bread? I'm envisioning a good walnut bread.
