The list of people who have friended me has now climbed to 400. I must admit to being a little surprised at this, as I have the niggling suspicion that I've been rather boring lately. Please satisfy my curiosity: how did you find my journal? And why the heck do you keep reading it?

I found THE WILD SWANS soon after it came out in hardback.

And I read it, and cried.

I can count on one hand the number of books that make me do that. WILD SWANS is one of my favorite books ever, hands down, bar none.

And so when I saw that matociquala had you linked, I went, "My God, Peg Kerr has a blog?"

And better yet, after trundling over to see, I found your entries to be refreshing, enjoyable to read, and full of insightful stuff, whether it be on parenting or writing.
