Picking up my first Sharpe

kijjohnson. This is all your fault. To keep myself going until (stick your fingers in your ears, papersky and say, "La la la la la") the Two Towers DVD is released, I've been watching the Richard Sharpe movies that Kij gave me. Why not? Sean Bean and everything. I have four of the fourteen of them. So I thought today, hmm, why not pick up one of the books that they're based on? I checked the Internet. There are about twenty of them. If I buy them new, they're $13.00 each. I know that if I start reading one, I'll want the whole set, because I'm just that way. I picked up Sharpe's Tiger and am several chapters in. Note to self: check the USED bookstores.
Yes, I see I am about to perhaps dive into a new obsession. Silly Peg. You don't have time for this.
