Since someone asked today . . .

Someone asked me today, "Who is really there for you, Peg?"

Well, there were the obviousities, of course. My husband. My family. A circle of good friends, especially my best friend, kijjohnson (although she will admit she has been distracted the past few months).

And then I added, "And there are all of you." I know some people have had bad experiences with LiveJournal, but for me (aside from an occasional troll or two) it has been exclusively positive. Your support has been really wonderful, and more than I could wish for.

I have come to think of you as my own personal posse, taking a sympathetic interest in my life, looking out for me, watching my back.

Thank you. Lately I have been been feeling low, as if i don't particularly deserve you. But I do particularly need my posse. I am grateful.
