I thought the scones were delicious. Rob ate his entire share, too. Fiona ate one of her two, and Delia nibbled at hers. The cocoa was universally admired and enjoyed, as were the stockings.

I'm taking one of the extra scones for a mid-morning snack. Elastigirl is now dangling from my keychain.

So, being out and running errands instead of sleeping today I decided I'd catch the early showing of The Incredibles at the Har Mar theater.

After a brief period of confusion in which I was sitting in the wrong theater in the multi-plex, I got to the correct theater just as the previews were ending.

I enjoyed the film very much. It started out looking a bit like Wild Cards played for laughs. I empathized with Mr. Incredible, side-lined while trying to do good and doing what he can in his "day job," while trying to hang on to the life he once had.

I can see why you like Elastigirl. She seemed the most, if you'll forgive me, flexible of the supers and I really enjoyed the way that she used her powers with intelligence and was very much the one that held the "team" together.
