I can tell because I have made the first batch of Avocado Ice Cream. And I get to eat the whole thing because my family still refuses to touch it.

I love avocado, but I can't even fathom eating it made into ice cream. :P

I did have to make the watermelon sorbet you once mentioned, and added lime juice to it, mmm.
