Eowyn Challenge Report: There and Back Again!

I finally caught up on entering data in my workout log. Since I started wearing a pedometer in August 2003 and keeping track of my mileage, I have gone 4,125 miles. I achieved the entire distance of Frodo's journey, there and back again, to the point that he sailed from the Grey Havens (3884 miles) on January 9. I reached another landmark (4091 miles) the point when Sam returned home to Bag End, on February 24. If I go any farther (and I believe I shall) I will be following Pippin or Merry's journey now.

Yey! That is quite awesome.

As a quick question were you walking extra miles or were you just tracking your daily regular walking amount?

It makes one really get perspective on how long it took the entire story to really happen and how quickly they must have moved in certain cases.
