Belt tests this coming Saturday

pegkerrBoth Fiona and Delia passed their pre-test today, so they will both be testing for their next belts Saturday morning. Fiona will test for brown belt, and Delia for brown stripe. Once a student passes brown belt, they will be addressed by everyone at the dojo with the honorific "Mr." or "Ms."
It was a joy to watch them in class on Monday. I couldn't quite see Delia (their class is quite crowded) but got a good view of Fiona as she pistoned out her side kicks, rock steady. She has a particularly powerful side kick. Gorgeous. I am so proud of them both.
I plan to remind sensei again about getting me trained in on dojo cleaning so I can start my trial month to see if I really want to do this. I am having more doubts, but I will try it for a month.
