It's late, and I'm tired but happy. elisem took me to see Loreena McKennitt in concert tonight. I'll do a proper concert report tomorrow, but I just wanted to post these pictures to prove that when I dress up, I can swank with the best of them.

Believe me, I was thrilled to be able to fit into it again--that triumph was part of what made it such an outstanding evening. I've had it for years but got too heavy to wear it, but couldn't bear to throw it away because I love it so much (we should have gotten a full-length picture: the skirt bells out from the puffy tulle underneath). I felt hot!
