When I developed gallstones I was advised to eat as little fat as possible in between the diagnosis and surgery, in order to decrease the chances of more attacks. I didn't have constant pain so I don't know how much that would help in your case, but it couldn't hurt to try.

You're right. I don't eat much fat, so the few times I have (in one case, onion rings and in another, good old Tex-Mex) I was MISERABLE. I didn't connect that with the pain until the doctor asked if I'd had nausea. I was like "you know, actually..."

Not the brightest bulb on the tree. But I am really cutting back on fat. I guess it's spasms or something. It's not bad--like a 4 or so on a scale of 1 to 10 but it's annoying. I'M IN UR SIDE BEIN UR GALL BLADDER.

However, I'm not entirely sure I can trust you, seeing as you are a tool of Satan. *grin*
