words, words, words

I sat down tonight and wrote about 250 words. I think little of them, and may not show them to anyone, perhaps even Kij, but I still thought the occasion was noteworthy since these were the first words I've written in the ice palace book since May.

Congrats! You are, at least in part, inspiration for my bid a NaNoWriMo this year. If I can kick out 50,000 words of crap in a month, you can do 1,000 words of excellence, don't you think?
