pegkerrWell, the good news is that I got the new battery that was overnight shipped to me, and I put it in the phone and charged it.
The bad news is that after four hours of charging, the phone is still deader than a doornail. It's not the battery, it's the phone.
So now I have to wait still longer for them to ship the new phone to us.
I hope I can get them to eat that prior express delivery charge.
