I did my new Firm tape this morning: Firm: Strong Heart. It has the toughest legs section I've ever seen.
I am going to have the legs of a goddess!
If they don't fall off first.

Later: Corrected. I realize I didn't have the quotation quite right. Here it is again (sorry!):
